Eligible Contractors Must:
- Hold a valid Nevada contractor’s license and/or any required state or local licenses.
- Be authorized to conduct business and remain in good standing in all jurisdictions where they operate, including the State of Nevada.
- Have legal authority to offer, sell, and install improvements permanently affixed to real property.
- Comply with all applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and regulations related to installation, sales, and financing of improvements.
- Project applicants may select any contractor that meets these requirements. The C-PACE application must include documentation that the selected contractor meets the eligibility requirements.
How To Participate
- Register with NCEF to participate in our administered jurisdictions. If your project isn’t in one of our jurisdictions, review the list of approved C-PACE jurisdictions and the corresponding program administrators.
- Scope measures and help the owner obtain an energy audit or feasibility study consistent with local requirements (e.g., ASHRAE/ASTM or jurisdiction‑specific standards).
- Support lender consent and application packaging (quotes, specs, SOW, schedule).
- Install & close out per program QA/QC; provide completion docs for funding disbursement.
