In January 2026, The City of Carlin adopted City Resolution No. 2026-02 to create a Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program establishing a District within the boundaries of the City. Elko County hosts a web-based GIS map showing the exact boundaries of the City and this program District which can be found here: Elko County Parcel Viewer.

The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) was approved by the Carlin City Council as the C-PACE Program Administrator on February 25, 2026. NCEF is in the process of finalizing the program documentation to launch this program. This website will be updated in the near future when these program documents are finalized. In the meantime, please reach out to us if you have any questions or projects you would like to discuss.
